You may have seen last week that AT&T went live with its nationwide 5G network.

And while this may be amazing news, you also might be scratching your head wondering why your phone’s network isn’t any faster.

Well, that’s because when AT&T said their 5G network went “nationwide” they really meant it covers phone markets that have over 200 million people in their population.

And furthermore, coverage in these markets still needs to be developed greatly.

There are still a lot of upgrades and installation that need to happen for the people in these cities to fully benefit from 5G.
